For applications where a full combined cycle configuration is not required, Vogt Power designs and manufactures complete simple cycle exhaust systems — providing efficient, compliant gas turbine exhaust management.
Our simple cycle exhaust systems include silencer/diffuser assemblies, diverter valves, and full bypass stacks for peaking, emergency backup, or transitional combined cycle configurations.
Heat Absorption Recovery Panels (HARPs) are the heart of every HRSG. While other OEMs have outsourced HARP fabrication overseas, Vogt Power continues to manufacture HARPs domestically — ensuring the highest quality control from raw tube to finished pressure part.
Through Boiler Tube Company of America (BTA), we manufacture every HARP to ASME code in our own facility — full traceability from raw material through hydrostatic test.
Maintained inventory of critical spare HARPs, headers, and tubes. Emergency delivery programs minimize unplanned outage duration for both Vogt and non-Vogt HRSGs.
Every pressure part is designed, fabricated, and tested to applicable ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code sections — with National Board documentation for every unit.
25 MW to 550+ MW combined cycle plants. Vogt HRSGs are optimized for maximum thermodynamic efficiency behind every major gas turbine manufacturer's frame.
Industrial co-generation and combined heat and power applications requiring simultaneous electricity and process steam production with high overall efficiency.
Integrated Gasification Combined Cycle (IGCC) installations where syngas-fired turbines require HRSGs engineered for unique exhaust gas compositions and heat profiles.
OTSG and conventional HRSG solutions for EOR (Enhanced Oil Recovery) and SAGD (Steam-Assisted Gravity Drainage) steam generation in oil sands and heavy oil operations.
Supplemental duct burner systems, SCR + CO catalyst integration, and NOx control systems for plants requiring maximum steam output flexibility or stringent emissions compliance.
International power projects across 40+ countries — with regional support offices in Bangkok, Manila, and Chennai for Asia-Pacific and South Asia project management and field services.
Complete HRSG replacement and retrofit behind existing gas turbines — Vogt can re-design around any competitor HRSG footprint, stack location, and existing plant infrastructure.
Simple cycle exhaust systems, bypass stacks, and transitional configurations for rapid-response peaking plants and emergency power generation applications.
